Our beef comes from Rosedene Acres: a family farm located in St. Ann’s, Ontario, 30 minutes from our restaurant.
The cows are raised on pasture and only eat grass, hay, and silage. The cows are not given any growth hormones or subtherapeutic antibiotics. They are happy cows!

Our Condiments

We make all of the condiments we serve.
Our ketchup is a combination of recipes, one dating back to the 1850s. Our ketchup takes 14 hours to make and is offered complimentary with the purchase of an order of French Fries or Onion Rings. To learn more about our ketchup watch our ketchup video.
Our mustard makes us cry when we make it (and you thought chopping onions was tough).
Our relish is a sweet pickle relish. Nothing fancy.
Our mayonnaise is prepared fresh daily with cold-pressed, extra-virgin olive oil and free-run egg yolks.

Our frying in beef fat?

Remember how French Fries used to taste 20 years ago? Not us, because we were only toddlers then. But our grandmothers tell us that we've hit the nail on the head. The secret: we deep fry in beef tallow.
Everything used to be deep fried in beef fat. The fat we use comes from beef raised on local farms and is rendered on the premises. This gives the French Fries and Onion Rings their rich flavour and doesn’t leave any gritty film in your mouth.
